Respected Sir/madam,
I availed internet service from air tel & the service was very very bad & it used to get disconnected every now & then. Inspite of calls to get the services rectified the response wan not there & without any alternative I got cancelled account No.7038456984 way back in February 2020 since the internet service was continuously interrupted & there was no proper response from Airtel & due to this I stopped using your services & same is evidence by the fact that there is no service taken from the said account number. This has been duly informed to the concerned authorities through E-mail.
I have not been using the service, despite this I am continuously getting monthly bills.
Though there is no usage of any service from my side & They are demanding me to pay 7,974/- (Rupees Seven Thousand none hundred & seventy four rupees) . Further I am getting calls to pay the bills which I am not using.
Due to their illegal demand I have lost my peace of mind & I am also getting harassing & Threatening calls to make payments & when I reply them That i am ready to pay one month bill which I have used & i have got the services cancelled & I am no more using their service they reply that i will keep getting the monthly bill.
when I reply them that i ma not using the service their executives ask me what is the proof that i am not using their serine & further threaten me to make payment due to which I have lost my mental peace.
Hence I most respectfully pray this Honb`le authority to take cognizance of the complaint & prevent these people from harassing me from demanding money for the service which i am not at all using & also to pass such other orders as this Honb`le authority deems fit to pass under the above facts & circumstances.
