This intimation letter inform you that TNE SOLUTION can file a case under the section of 73-74-75 of the indian arbitration & conciliation act, 1996 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or NOT COMPLETED or FAIL Then you have to pay the penalty amount.

I’m getting this kind of mail and also getting call from this no +919766551595 to pay penalty amo
The scenario is that I show a ads on old then someone call me and tolde that we will provide material to work and instructions to work but they share only user I’d and password there is is no guidelines and instructions to do work and any link
And right now their legal is forcing me to pay amount or they will complain against me in court and I’ll have to pay 1.5 lakh rupees
So please help me and let me get out of this
