Text of Complaint by Girish Harinarayan Chaube:

I am getting Harashment calls from IDFC first bank after paying EMI on time since last 5 days.  I have submitted the written complaint to IDFC first bank 0anvel branch as well but there is no solution I got from bank as well . When they called start from early morning every day more then 5 calls . They are talking very rudely with me on phone specially ladies experience .  I always pay my EMI on time every month but still I am getting calls from Recovery department of Idfc first bank. Forcing me to pay on time every month. When they called they said your details are not showing on there system and forcing me to tell details every time.  Even when I paid my July month EMI on time but without any informed to me they adjust my EMI on bounce charges. Again called me and forcing me to pay the EMI.  As an customer I have rights to inform me when they adjust my EMI amount in bounce charges.  I have only one bounce charges of June month but they charged me twice bounce charges without informing me and saying we have already sent you notification but I didn’t get any kind of notifications via message or email . Request you to kindly look into it and take proper action against them …
