Hi I am getting harassment call RBL recovery agent for early payment. I don’t received a card till date when my old card is expired and there is no due on my card also in covid they send recovery agent to my house to collect payment when RBI have given three plus three month payment mortgage relief but they came to home to recover money my full payment is clear and I don’t have a card now they are asking for early card money and now without card I am getting call to deposit money. When I received my card they told me this is lifetime free of charge there will be no early charges on card like other bank
