I have taken loan from some small finance company and everytime making payments on time but this time due to fire accident I couldn’t pay on time nd put penalty also more ever they are msging in WhatsApp and hurrassing customer by WhatsApp call and WhatsApp msgs… And unnecessary creating group by my name and adding all my contact details and posting bad comments. And some other people also messaging to pay due where I have not taken from them only. Kindly take an action against them plzzzzzzzzzz.
