I got message from Kredit Coin that i was taking loan and today is due date, which i never applied and got the amount. If i don’t make the payment today message will be send to family, friends, colleagues,friends,etc. And using Section 403 and 415 of the Indian Penal code , 1860 (IPC) . I have not applied and received any loan from the company name Kredit Coin, yet i m getting WhatsApp message from different numbers.
So i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the company as they are harassing by using different numbers.
