I had booked a ola outstation from Gurugram to Dehradun. My In-laws paid full amount to the driver. However, ola thinks its ola postpaid and I have to pay the amount. I’ve raised multiple tickets, called their customer care endless times, sent 5-6 mails as well but of no use. I’ve shared all the proofs as well, but they are least bother to resolve the issue.
Now, I’m getting endless calls and harassing messages the from ola saying they would visit my place, file a complaint against me. On calls they speak very rudely and calling continuously. This is leading to mental harassment as well, my every morning starts with ola messages and calls!!
I am ready to file an official case in consumer court against Ola for such harassment.
