helo sir

I Applied for a connection shift and it was done on the same day but still the net was not connected. i called too many times to the customer support by means of APP as wellas by going to your nodal points but all times they was answered that TOMMOROW surely your connection will be corrected.
firstly i complain on APP , then i go to nodal point and convey to mr. sazid ji they answer my call since last two days and the stopp receiving my call.
then i again go to the nodal point and the he connected me to his senior LAZWANTI MAM name exactly i dont recall… she also answer mew the same and said tomorrow you will surely get you net connectetion with correction.
i waited and then agai i waited for TWO DAYS and then still not connected then i get frustrated and call her then she gives me the no. of KRISHNA SIR and said me that he is the senior and reply you the same. but still there is NO SOLUTION.
I PUT COMPLAINT ON 10TH OF JUNE and still not getting any response.

AFTER ALL THIS WHEN I TOLD TO MAM THAT I WILL BE GO FOR CONUMER SUPPORT THEN SHE SAID YES SIR YOU CAN GO.

AND PLEAS EREFUND MY VALIDITY WHICH WAS NOT USED BY ME IN PAST AS MY CONNECTION WAS NOT DONE.

KINDLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM SO I WILL DO MY WORK
