I have recharged for 999 in May. Airtel offered Amazon prime subscription along with the recharge. I tried to activate the prime in airtel app. For 1 month I am getting ‘Oops something went wrong’ message. So already I lost 1 month of the prime benefit. Also reached customer care several times. There was no proper response.If airtel can’t fix these kind of issues fast , why they offering these kinds benefits. Its very disappointing.
