I ordered a Lewitt LCT 440 Pure MIC on 11th March
I received my order on 15th March
But instead of Mic I got a headphones from Amazon
I informed the Amazon Customer Service Center about this
And they told me that after investigating this in 5 days, appropriate action will be taken.
On the 19th March I spoke to the Amazon Customer Service Center
and they schedule my return and refund for date 20th march
But on the 20th when I spoke to the customer service center in this regard
they refused to accept and told me that the right product has been given by Amazon.
Amazon Customer Service Center has collected an army of donkeys
All executives in the Amazon Customer Service Center give wrong information
One executive took my request for refund and another said that he took it by mistake
Why should a customer pay Amazon’s fault?
I have given clear information about the wrong product which I have received along with the video of unboxing.
But Amazon is ignoring this and trying to prove me wrong based on the investigation done by their investigative team.
And when I asked for the details of the work done by the investigation team, they are refusing to share it.
And Sayong , who is a high official of Amazon, instead of giving me the correct information, he disconnected my call
