Hi Team,

i got a airtel broadband connection on 9th september 2018 for which i paid 6 months advance rental. I was not happy with the services, so called the customer support to disconnect my connection on 10 feburary 2019 to which they informed that i have to call them again before 8th of march 2019 as this is the date when my plan will expire. I called on 6th match2019, (I am also attatching the recording of the call) and i raised a request for disconnection. iwas promised my connection will be disconnected. on 22nd april i got a text from airtel that i have a bill due of rs 6000. I called the customer support again and i talked to a supervisor named Amir who informed me that my connection will be disconnected. within this period i got numourous retention calls which i denied everytime and when i talked to amir he told me that i accepted the offer on 16th march. which is a lie. now i am getting collection calls everyday which is a mental agony for me as i work in night shift. i am attaching the recorded calls with the email. please help me to reolve it as soon as possible. it is nit letting me add the recordings.
