This complaint is with reference to customer id 3020524813 for dth connection over where I am getting charged incorrectly for 2 dth accounts wherein 1 of them was suspended in may and they are still charging me for 2 ,
every time I ask customer services they say that they have escalated the issue and even customer relations team was not able to resolve this and I keep on getting charged for 2 connections.
Last time agent from customer relations team told me he has refreshed the account and I won’t get charged for it but after checking for 3-4 days it was still not resolved so thought of taking this further.
My monthly rental should be 332 so approx ₹11.1 should be deducted per day but they are charging approx ₹17 per day.
