Since yesterday, 14th March 2023. I have been receiving multiple calls from RBL bank representatives from their contact number 8375824976, 9654323742, 8375820781. Calls that are not relevant to me at all however they are asking me to connect with one person from my contact. and using abusing language when i refused to do so.
How am i suppose to connect them with any one from my contact and what kind of language their employees use that has creates a mental stress to me. The employees who are working with RBL bank and the way they have been trained can create a mental trauma to any normal person. This is a huge thing to happen to any normal person living in society.
I would like the authorities to take this complaint of mental harassment and a strict action against the organization who is training their employees in such a manner.
