I had applied for ONEcard and closed in the flowing month ( January 2023 ) after 5 months now am getting regular calls for repayment/ however I have earlier informed the executive that I am not able to access the app so, how do you suppose that I’ll pay, they said pay through Google pay, I further said to clarify me the charges for what they have been levied on me and for what purpose do I need to pay. see, I don’t bother what the information onecard have or on what basis they are kept calling me and asking to make payment through Paytm or gpay, I have multiple times told them that I have no issues to pay, but firstly tell me the reason for payment. And they all just run away or disconnect the call and next morning someone other calls me and this is happening since a log time.
