I initiated to recharge my airtel mobile But recharge has not done successfully but the amount has been debited from my account. I complained regarding this to airtel customer support. But today I got a call from an unknown person (8513917209) and he said that he was calling from Airtel customer care and requested me to install the team viewer’s quick support in-order to claim my amount.
I am wondering, how an unknown person knows that what I spoke to airtel customer care person.

Same problem i was also faced today. that person is not a Tamilian but his name saying as Balakumar. My biggest doubt here is how the airtel internal communication passing out to unknown person.
