After numerous attempts of call in 121 , one guy came to my address and he took all the biometrics and details etc. Fine, another guy called my dad and said it’s not possible now because some excuses he gave like your home is 200 meters away from some spot. Where as I stay in apartment and many people are using Airtel broadband connection in the same building. Seems he is expecting some bribe from me. I am a German resident and stuck here at different place and not able to contact my parents properly. So you are my only hope now. Sharing you the details.
