Hi,

I have raised disconnection request through call on 27th May 2020 for my landline number – 01294101251.
Customer care executive told that your request will be proceeded within 24 hours and the bill will be charged till 27 May (which was 11 days before my bill cycle end).
After that I got calls from various customer care representatives of Airtel for asking why you want to take off the connection and in all the calls I asked them to remove it as soon as possible because I wanted to end it within my billing cycle.
I also raised query for my request on the mail  which you can see in the trail mail and for that mail I got reply from Ankit that my request will be resolved within 72 hours.

Fortunately  the disconnection happened within the billing cycle but after disconnection also I am getting a bill of 649.84 rupees.
This is really disheartening to see this kind of response from one of the best network in India.
Kindly look into matter and resolve it soon and do the closure as soon as possible for my already disconnected landline service.
