i used paytm postpaid which due is almost of about 1900, because of some reason i was unable to pay the amount and they put extra charges for that i called customer care and request them to kindly remove ill pay the amount they didnt listen and i made the payment i don’t know may the error was from their end and the payment bounce back, after that they increase the amount again i told them all things again they didnt listen, i didnt make the payment , now they have raised bill of almost 5k above some lady called me daily and use abusive words, her name is jyoti her wordings every time is same i.e.” apka iman bigad rha h apne ghr m same krte ho kya or apk ghr m visit hogi apk papa ko call lagte h tab samahj ayegi inko” expect that they messaged a lot on whatsapp, just becz of that my blocklist is now 50+ i need someone to take the action.
