We had applied for 40Mbps plan for 9 months validity in August 2020 and we received 40Mbps speed only for the first 2-3 days. Then the speed dropped to 5Mbps. Even after contacting them they are not solving the problem. It has been more than 50 days and had complained “n” number of time but still the issue is not resolved. If they can’t provide us with proper service then why don’t they refund us. It doesn’t makes sense to pay for 40Mbps where one gets 5Mbps speed. Even my cell phone network provider provides me with much higher speed than GTPL.
