ordered the smart watch (4G) from getsby. in on 19th April 19, and paid the payment from paytm INR 1999, and order placed successfully shown the message. Not get any mail or messages.

When i want to see the status of my order it’s unable to login post the fill the field user id and password, showing the error, if i want to do the forget password its not sending any message or mail through which i will change the password.

So request you please do the needful. Provide my product or refund my amount.
