I ordered a smart watch imported Frontier s3 from “getsby.in” on 16th May 2019 and paid an amount of Rs 1599 using upi. But the fact is that I have not got any order confirmation mail or message till then.
I searched for their support service and mailed in two support email ids “hello@getsby.in” and “support@getsby.in” but in both the domains the mail delivery is failed.
However I have proof of payment and order id and transaction id for the same, which I will be attaching here.
It is to mention that after the payment I got the message that that payment has been made to ezeedeals.
They are call me this number+91 6291-648442 they said they don’t want pay back money
I guess both the shopping sites are fake.
So I request you to have a look at this matter and give me a support . either the product or the amount should be refunded from the shopping site.
