I ordered a smart watch imported Frontier s3 from “getsby.in” on 21st April 2019 and paid an amount of Rs 1599 using upi. But the fact is that I have not got any order confirmation mail or message till then.
I searched for their support service and mailed in two support email ids “hello@getsby.in” and “support@getsby.in” but in both the domains the mail delivery is failed.
However I have proof of payment and order id and transaction id for the same, which I will be attaching here.
It is to mention that after the payment I got the message that that payment has been made to ezeedeals.
I guess both the shopping sites are fake.
So I request you to have a look at this matter and give me a support . either the product or the amount should be refunded from the shopping site.

Call center number 8448445037 as provided. No one picked up the call.
yes this is a fraud web site as face book is hosting this website i will raise a case on face book as well for the same…As face book is promoting such websites…they do not have any right to play with the customers information and have such websites on the page on whome the case is going on….i want to raise a case as well for the same.
How facebook is allowing this types of website to promote their products. Can anyone help how to complain to facebook regarding the same.

This is fake website, I also don’t get any products, even become a victim of cyber crime and lost 1lakh rupees bye following refund procedure of this site . don’t even try to call customer care of this site , they will fraud and make more money from you .

Worst product received dont ever try to order anything from here bloddy chor….i ordered jbl spkr and wireless headphones bt got a duplicate product and no headphones are there. Wastage of money nothing else and speaker is not working as well

I have ordered for JBL flip blue tooth speaker with twin in ear head set for amount **** as COD from getsby.in
order id is ********** and order date is ** Oct **** . Received a fake duplicate speaker only which is not wroks on ** Oct **** . Tried to send mail and got bounced .Also tried to contact on the phone number ********** showing in their website but getting disconnected after first ring .
This is totally a fraud site .
