I order boat earbuds but it get normal headphone which is very cheap cost may be 200rs no brand I paid for 1599/- return option also not there please return product…. order date 6july 2022 and wrong item received date 11july 2022

I bought a kurti set from Jolly Mart for Rs. 298 as on 19th Feb, 2023 based on advertisement came in my browser, but now it’s not showing there, I want to know why my order is not delivered yet and want to lodge complaint against it along with asking for refund of my money
Please do the needful at the earliest.
