I tried to pay my credit card bills using cred app. 1st i tried for my HDFC bank card with amount of 7726/- and it is debited from my bank account but payment got failed by CRED app. I got notification that you will get your refund soon. So I thought it was a technical error so i tried for my ICICI credit card on same day with amount of 43795.55/- and i faced same issue. I tried to connect with cred but no response from them. I raised some tickets for the same but no response. Please help me to get back my money. I tried hard to earn those money and nobody has right to steal it.
