Dear Team
This is to inform you that my name Is Akhoury Abhijeet Bahadur Srivastava and I am a user of flipkart , Recently I have made a order on Flipkart for a Google pixal 4a and I get this product delivered yesterday in evening and when I opend it there was a charging kit missing inside the box so I made a request for a call on customer care and they called me the very first time when I was talking to your executive in mid of conversation call get disconnected than I tried again and this time I get response from your executive saying that there is a server issue and he said call back after around 30 minutes I waited then and I again maid a call to customer care this time I was able to describe my situation to a girl and she said I can’t help you with this so I requested to arrange a call to some one how have authority to solve my issue and she made a con call with some senior arround 11.30 pm again I described the issue with that gye also but did not get solution , Actually the thing is I have made order for this product to gift someone in a function and when the box is opend in front of all the guests arround there than charging kit was found missing in it I must tell you I am unable to find a appropriate word to describe how was shame full it for me that I am giving gift to someone and gift was faulty it was quite disappointing for me and for all the people over there that I get to connect flipkart but as I have described above did not get a response to act upon than as you can also understand I have to give some gift and I have committed for the phone so I went to market and purchased a brand new phone and gifted it now the issue is I want refund of my order as I have not used that phone not inserted any sim in it and same I requested to customer care but they denied to refund me instead of refund the offered me a replacement but I don’t want replacement as if you can see my order details I have ordered an iPhone also some days ago and I don’t need a phone now I don’t have any use of it nor my family need this and I have spand lot’s of money this month on phone and I am running out of the money my mother have a serious medical conditions and I have to give her a better treatment if you will ask me I can also share her medical report , I am not from a very wealthy family this amount of 26k is also means a lot for me I have to give my rent to landlord and many other things so I beg you with all respects to listen up my request and I also made a request from you to listen my issue and don’t get me into a mental pressure if you guys will not accept and you will give me a solution according to your market strategy it will be very bad as I am a valuable customer for you you can track my orders and shopping behaviour but if you will not consider it than I will have to go further as I will have not any other solution I will go to consume forum also I will lodge a cibil suit against you for mental or physical harassment and if something will happen to my mother medical condition because you guys have hold my money I will not leave you also I will go to the last of jurisdiction in this country , so again I requested you, I beg you to please accept my refund insted of the replacement my complaint id is – IN21100523071827776245
And I am also ready for any chek on my words and also for the product you have given in order to chek I have not used it .
