My geo number prepaid is 6003701313 and in sim 1. After recharging about 10 days back no network connectivity has been showing since then. It some times while configuration of geo call app say that otp has been sent to my alternate no. 9864047314 which is not actually true. Please resolve the issue earliest as even after calling 198, 199 no action has been initiated

We are using Jio mobile network. It is very slow. Cannot make or receive calls. Their tower is right next to us. But it is not working properly. Plot Copper, Vaikom, Kottayam District Korala
