Text of Complaint by Akhilesh sharma:

Sir I had an airtel Internet connection 99818309010 and stopped using the service from 15th June 2021 and informed on every call received for bill payment and at airtel centre at AB road and sapana sangeeta road indore to stop the billing .I paid the amount due by cheque in Aug 2021 and requested to the collection agent to stop bidling. As I am not using the sim even they can check from the usage details and that collection agent assured that no new bill would be generated in had already paid 2 months payment without use even though they are still sending and generating bills please help me I can’t pay for which I never used
