When I was traveling from Ahmedabad to Junagadh, I booked my ticket in Geeta Travels through Paytm, but they gave my sit to another one and didn’t refund the money. They sent me ticket confirmation also, but when I reached their office about give me a refund or another ticket. They clearly denied it. then I went to the Mahasagar travel office and book another ticket at a double rate.
