Before 30 days ago I have called to tata sky customer care number for dropping a binge plan, which they have charged automatically without our prior notice,so I have told them to drop the pack, they told that they have dropped the pack but in account it will reflect on 13th July, I have waited till 15th but pack has not been modified,then I have called on 15th they told your request is been cancelled tata sky member will call you on 16th but no call came i have called again on 16th they told they will called on 17 but didn’t receive yet any call, today is 18 th iam already harresed from them, they are not ready to solve any problem ,19 is last date of my pack if I didn’t recharge set-up box will be closed, they are not providing any refund and they are also charging extra,if they didn’t call tomorrow and solve my problem then I will banned tata sky from my home,so much torture from them,help me!!
