So I did a gas bill payment on Aug 4th from the Airtel thanks app the money has been debited but the transaction at first showed failed and will update me but nothing after that,
I opened a service complaint in-app but just now it was closed as resolved without any notification,sms,chat,call? What is this? How should I know what has happened to my money its been two days already is this how a telecom gaint responds?
