The Consumer Court,

I am writing to you today to file a complaint against Meesho for selling me a garbage product. I ordered a [MATMA FASHION Georgette Embroidered Salwar Suit] from Meesho on 11-June-2023 with order ID#964673495165. The product was delivered to me on 14-June-2023.

When I opened the package, I was shocked to see that the product was completely different from what was advertised on the Meesho website. The product was of poor quality and was not fit for use. I tried to return the product to Meesho, but they refused to refund my money.

I am attaching photos of the product as well as the order confirmation email from Meesho. I am requesting you to take action against Meesho for selling me a garbage product and for refusing to refund my money.

I am a student and I do not have a lot of money. I saved up for this product and I am very disappointed that I have been cheated by Meesho. I hope that you will take action against Meesho and help me get my money back.
