Respected sir, my name is vikash yadav and I am from kanpur dehat ( U.P.) I am daily user of kaun banega crorepati game show on Sony liv app my complaint is that when I was in excellent performance on kaun banega crorepati play along a question asked for 1 crore on the app but the time didn’t appear on my play along screen that means I can not choose any option .. eventually I lost 1 crore points to hold my rank to the top on leaderboard this happened because of the sony liv app screen not just one time but many times it happened and I send many email regarding this to Sony liv but didn’t get suitable reply .. so I am very stressed now because I lost my rank my points that’s not my fault that’s the app fault . And I have already updated the app and using 5g net so nothing happened from my side so sir plz consider my concern ..
