I was playing a ₹6 match in mpl speed chess and the game started at 2:14 min time for each player while the game should start from 4 min for each player . I got white and was unable move my pieces due to a glitch in there servers and when i raised the issue with proper proof they denied the whole fact of proof and said that my internet connection was poor and I resigned from the match. Also similar type of issues I have faced but in free matches and tournaments organized by them
