Dear Team,
My name is Naeem Jivani, I have been using airtel postpaid no. since a few years now.
I had visited airtel galley Vashi sector 30 opposite Central mall, I want to change my no. from Postpaid to prepaid, Here I met this employee Mr. Suraj wearing Airtel T-shirt with his name logo. I told him that i need to pay the bill first so he said yes you can, then I told him that i want to Change my no. from postpaid to prepaid hence want to pay the outstanding bill on my no. He started asking me the question in a rude way that where do I stay n why I want to change n all, I responded to him in a very decent manner then he said he can’t take the request as some ID is down. upon asking him that how long it will take he rudely answered that it might take a week, I fail to understand how come to take the payment ID is working and to take the request it is not. Is this my job to go to the gallery on regular basis n check whether their ID’s r working or no.
Terrible experience, I am switching over and will recommend every single person I come across to also switch.
These guys r fraud and mannerless.
