We S K Traders involve importing cashew nuts. In the month of February-2024, 1 st container arrived from Benin to Tuticorin , 2 nd container arrived within weeks from Benin to Chennai. Actually we ordered Cashew nut kernels and arrived raw cashew nuts (With shell). We spoke with the supplier and accepted his mistakes. Then we plan to appoint separate clearing agent for tuticorin
Agent 1- Mr P Raja & P. Mathivanan – MD & representative of Galinious technologies Pvt ltd , Meet us on 20/02/2024 and introduces as a Partner of this company and Mr. Raja is Managing director of this servicing company , they are doing multi sector services like IT, App creations, Port clearing etc. He gave Galinious technologies Pvt ltd, Current account Number and asked us to pay 100% advance for start service. Also he requested us to cash 2 lacs cash immediately to start remaining 4 Lacs in account. Because he need to travel Tuticorin 22 Feb 2024
As requested from Mr P Raja & Mr P. Mathivanan – representative of Galinious technologies Pvt ltd, We paid as per below mode.

We gave Advance
1, Rs 30000 on 22 Feb 2024 from S K Traders Account number to personal account.

2. Rs 70000 sent to Galinious technologies Pvt ltd. on 23/02/2024

3, USD 2300X 85 = 1,95,500 By hand to his person on 24/02/2024 ( Mr parasakthi- employee of Galinious technologies Pvt ltd)
4, After that his Demand Another 3 lacs to deposit to Galinious technologies Pvt ltd. on 01/03/2024

So Total Rs 5,95,500
Due to no services done, Till date they haven’t returned my money.
Hence I requested you
1. Mishandling of Company Name and Account Galinious technologies Pvt ltd.
2. 1.2 crore loss due their inefficiency of Galinious technologies Pvt ltd .
4. Changes MD and team members, cheated lots of people like me ( Public interested)
We have already filed a complaint against them in chrompet crime police station , CSR NO- 487/2024, However, they are not ready to return my money.
Now I lost all my investors’ money and surviving my life is going to be difficult.
