On 29 Aug 2023 we booked trip for Gokarna n Murudeshwar from 29th sep to 2nd Oct 2023with advance amount of 22800 Rs. Agent name is Suhani and no is 9311088953. After booking I get invoice receipt. But I am asking for Booking confirmation details but I didn’t get any reply from them now her mobile is also not reachable. Another agent Nikita n her mb no is 9650141884 is called for new booking from galaxy travel but when I told her about existing booking she dropped call and now she is not answering. I confirmed with the hotels which are mentioned in the package that booking has not been done.
