I got a message that “SOUNDARARAJAN JEEVANANDHAM 7676017765 has added you as a reference on GalaxyCard. Prevent legal action/ FIR against them! Allow? gc-t.in/Tw4eAJ”. I don’t know this person and he has given my name and number without my knowledge. Please cancel the Galaxy Card and my reference associated with it. Also, I need to know how this fraudster got my data and how much my personal information is exposed. Please consider this as a formal complaint against Galaxy Credit Card and SOUNDARARAJAN JEEVANANDHAM – Ph. 7676017765 to use my personal data as a reference for taking credit or using it for all the unconsented wrong purposes.

GalaxyCard only sends SMS to people who are added as a reference by the GalaxyCard user. Please rest assured, you are not a reference yet. This message was to seek your consent if you know them. As stated in the message, you can opt for NO as an option if you do not know the person. If you have any other issues do let us know at support@galaxycard.in.
