Gadget 24 by 7 is a fraud company….they are advertising in various portal about their product and collecting information of the interested party or even for the people who are bything from them…..Gadget b24 by 7 is showing bradned product but while deliverying they are delivering cheap china products. The number they are given the delivery box to contact them are always in swtched off mode. That means it is clear they don;t want buisness but cheat people. They have collected Rs 1600 Cash through EcommExpress which is their delivery partner. EcomExpress is also a fraud company who is involve with Gadget 24 by 7 to held them doing these frad activity. Imeediately after 10 mins of delviery , i reached out the same person who contacted me for delivery and asked him for takeing back the product as i have not ordered, he was relunctant to comeback and asked me to come to his EcomExpress office to colllect the money. Whatever address delivery boy had gaven that was also wrong. If i would have order then i sould have got the email conformation or SMS message notification. None of them i have received. So we finally called up EcomExpress and told about the issue. I am strenge to know, they are not able to get my phone number which is a contradictary statement. If EcomExpress does not know my address and phone no detail then how their company has delivered the product and collect the Cash from me. That means they are equally involved in this fraud. Today Govt of india has passed a bill to control this kind of fraudulent activities. I would request all ppl to please dont leave both….1) Gedget 24 by and 2) EomExpress as they are collecting money from the customer. If EcomExpess is a ethical or genuine company, then wthey should hold the payment and arrange back to pay us back. But they are also reluctant to pay and further support to the fraud company. Please raise this concern to comumer court and other leagal advisory to stop this kind of fraud activity in our country.
If EcomExpress is a good company, they should save and protect their reputation by stopping buiness with these kind of fraud copany and return back hard earn money to their respective cusotomer which was collected by them from customer. They can hold the payment of the fraud company.
Gadget 24 by 7 details address and phone no is given in the delivery box but when you call to the given number the number is switched off.
Guys, please don’t be silent and dent their reputestion to close their business.
