Sir, on 31 december I was looking for a loan.I downloaded an app Amp credit personal loan app on Google play store regarding loan to check how much it’s offering me and I gave my details like pan, adhar and bank acount number. There were options from different lenders but I didn’t apply for any loan and closed the app. And i went out with my family vacation. And Today on 04-01-2024 at 05:07 PM I received a call from someone asking for repayment of 3000 loan. I asked him that I haven’t taken any loan he said you have taken 3000 loan from an app AMP credit. I checked my bank details and i found two transaction of Rs. 1800 each were there in my account credited. I download that app again and checked that app showing 2 loans of 3000 thousands each In my name only for 7 days . And they have Deducted 1200 rupee from each loan as their fee or something.. Now they are harassing me to pay that 6000. Which I never borrowed. They transferred this 1800 rupee twice by their own without any confirmation or acceptance on processing fee and interest rate. ..There are many other people also facing this issue. Please help us. I am also going to file a FIR in my nearest police station.
