Text of Complaint by Vino:

I bought Flipkart plus one year subscription through Flipkart. I paid 200 Flipkart super coins to buy the coupon. I activated the plus membership from Gaana app->settings ->apply coupons menu. This activated the plus benefits and I could see the membership details active for next one year.

But after two days when I check the app, the plus benefits have been taken away, and my account was auto converted into free user account.

I contacted Gaana support through email and through app. But everytime I am getting a reply from a bot, i don’t they are checking the support tickets. Worst experience ever.

Dear Gaana, please take an action on this, i will keep on raising compliant through all possible means.
