I have ordered a combo product worth Rs.1599 from https://g-intact.myshopify.com/products/amazing-combo. But it delivered the wrong product. On the website, we don’t have a returns policy there. This is on COD and I paid money to Ekart Logistics. How can I return this product and the money back for this product?
