I have registered for a home kyc on FYP to upgrade my account. I had to give an advance fee of 99rs and I successfully paid it. After the request of kyc which was scheduled on the next day of request and I had provided AWB – 1057797832 of Express Bees. On the day Of KYC I got a message that My kyc can’t be done. And on the app it was mentioned that no refund should be provided if the kyc isn’t completed . It was a very bad practice by FYP and I want my money Back as soon as possible
