Resp. Sir/Madam,
I have trusted flipkart to buy a laptop with my hard earned money. I have ordered 2023 model laptop but Flipkart delivered me 2022 manufactured late sale unit with dead battery. At first laptop did not start without charger at delivery point. I thought it will work fine after charging but laptop battery drained within 40 minutes after full charging 4-5 times on 8-7-2024 . Now laptop stopped working without charger. It shuts down several times during operation even on charging. The reviews of this product on hp’s website are very poor. Thats why now I don’t want replacement instead i want refund. Customer care executives are just wasting my time and making me wait for day after the another by putting the blame on seller or hp . Flipkart have to blacklist such sellers who are selling old faulty products and not giving the refund. I have purchased the product from flipkart just because of my trust on flipkart , not from any seller or the manufacturing company directly. Flipkart have to refund my money without making excuses , as all units of this model are faulty and waste late sale units. Please refund my money otherwise I cant not trust on Flipkart in future. This amount is very huge for me and i can not let it go in vain.
