I had done some shopping at FBB Dadar West and returned back 2 items worth Rs. 1500 or so. FBB staff told me to install Future Pay App in my cell phone and said that the amount of Rs. 1500 would be reflected in Future Pay which I can use later. Today I visited the same shop. To my utter surprise it was taken over by Trends. They said they can’t adjust the amount against our purchase. I checked my Future Pay app. The balance was showing nil. This is sheer online fraud. How can I get my money back. Please look into and advise.
