Sir I have fd in fel 2019 nov and now maturity complete but not yet may amount credit in my account ,fd 3yrs complete i have try all no but all not in use

I invested in future group FD. I do not know how to get my money back as all e-mails I address to them are either returned without being delivered or they do not respond. Kindly let me know what I am supposed to do now.
