Text of Complaint by Sameer Sahu:

Hello,
I am Sameer holding Big Bazaar Profit Club Card no 9222 4520 4273 73. All big bazaar retail outlets in Nagpur have shut and hence I’m unable to use the balance amount in the card. The balance in the card is Rs 9033.54 (Attached below)

I sent them an email on [email protected] attaching:
1. Front & back pic of card
2. Aadhaar Card – front & back pic : ID Proof
3. License – ID Proof
4. Cancelled cheque
But to my horror even the email is bouncing back. Customer Care number isn’t working. What a mess of a company is this!
