Dear Team,
I, Sri Ritesh Kumar Patro state that my mother Mrs. P Mamata Patro has above said FDR with Customer ID- P1***4 dated 03.12.2019 for 3years. Though the FDR has been matured on dt 30.11.2022, she has not received the maturity amount till now (More than 8 months).
Please do the needful at the earliest for quick resolution.
Let us know what should be procedure to get the FD amount, There is no reply from the FEL FD department. Need a contact number or email to communicate the same.
