After looking into sponsored advertisement in facebook page, I made purchase of office chair on 22 March 2021. I paid online and got SMS with confirmation of order number and tracking of order status. After 7 days when I checked the tracking status using SMS Link, it shows ‘Shop not available’.
Kindly help with getting refund as well as punishing fraudster.
