I took data entry work on 9/1/22 after that i completed on 13/1/22 and then on 18/1/22 some person called me and harassed to pay amount or else legal action, court he said. I tensed and i paid amount of 57000 he kept condition not to cut call. So i paid 57000 first he asked to pay 5500 then 22000 then 2700 then 3 times 8800 all those amount I paid and after that also he asked me to pay 15948 as GST. at last I went to near by police station and registered a complaint. In this I m sharing those fraudsters mobile number +918154924837, +919081832458.And he send me messages like this

If you don’t pay amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if cibil contempt is issued upon you than you’ve to pay penalty amount of Rs. 2,50,000 for cibil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you’ve to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 3,50,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs.

3) As per the amount you have paid is received so we can for clearing of your file but you have done the agreement with the company for 11 month and as per that you have paid one month charge is 5500 for penalty but now 10 months bond is still pending so as per that company will provide you work but you will not be able to submit the work as your id is block so every month file will come in legal department every month if you will pay so there will be a loss of 5500*10 months that is 55000 so you have two option either you come to the court and pay the court amount 55000+section charge 150000: 205000/- or else if you want to cancel your agreement from here you need to just show the part payment of 10 months 22000/- and if you want to continue you need to show 55000 for continue and need to clear these file so tell me if you want to clear it totally pay the cancellation charge and you will be totally free.

SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
