The phone being used is Nokia 105, in which there is a built-in number named #FunZone (5924102). The number can neither be deleted nor the name be edited. It always appears at the top of the contact list. As a result, it is prone to accidental calling, and that is what has happened to us several times. We are unknowingly paying a lot of bill due to this tactics of Nokia/Airtel. Nokia and Airtel must compensate for such losses. Nokia must give provision of deleting or editing this unwanted number. On request, Airtel must block or black-list this number, so that this number does not get connected even if dialed accidentally.
